With these insanely cold temperatures in Toronto, many runners have been taking their workouts indoors to hammer them out on the treadmill. For some, running indoors can be very boring. For me, having a running program that prompts you to add speed or incline regularly can make some of the time pass more quickly by being alert to the time on the machine.
