I have absolutely loved the opportunity to share my interests and experiences through my blog. It’s been three awesome years of learning and growing. Each year striving to learn the interests of my readers and sharing my passions of health and physical activity for both adults and children. This year I teamed up with awesome people and brands I love to further share my joys, interests, and challenges. Sharing my personal connection to the #ALSIceBucketChallenge and again this year opening my blog to my friend Andrea who continues to bring awareness to her daughters special needs are a couple special moments which I’m glad you enjoyed too.
