Yoga for everyBODY: Update

February 4th was my second appearance on CHCH Morning Live sharing messages around fitness and motivation. This months segment was yoga and postures for every body. It was another really fun shoot, and I was glad to have my friend Katie McClelland, owner of Sol Yoga Burlington with me. Well the video clip for Monday’s CHCH Morning Live segment has been posted!
