For today’s Tribe Tunes Tuesday we are sloooowing it down. Here are 3 songs I’ve been using as cool-down and stretching jams during my high-intensity cardio and strength training classes.
The first is a remix of a song I can’t get enough of. I honestly have the original on repeat and as soon as I heard this remix knew I had to have it. The second is a Kid Cudi goodie from 2009 remixed, and the third is a remix by Sam Smith of a great Tracy Chapman tune.
